s1x what?

There are already numerous fitness apps and programs out there, so what sets s1x apart? As fitness enthusiasts, we're familiar with many of these apps, from the free ones to those that cost a pretty penny, especially those centered around bodyweight exercises. Most of them rely on the same set of exercises, simply because they're well-known and effective. There's no secret to it. However, more often than not, that's all they offer: a vast library of the same bodyweight exercises used to generate supposedly personalized workouts for you.
I grew tired of the approach taken by most other apps and felt the need for more cardio and variety. Despite my experience in running, martial arts, and years of working out, I still found it cumbersome at times to create my own workouts when I simply wanted to get moving. So, combining my love for board games with functional fitness, I came up with an idea: How about a custom deck of cards that blends quick workouts with cardio bursts, allowing me to shuffle the deck, draw six cards, and dive right into the action?

The Title

Yes, it's Captain Obvious here. Naturally, every s1x Fitness Card has a title. But what makes them unique is that they're all named after dwarves. Why dwarves, you ask? Take a look at the FAQ.

The Mode

Inside the red box, you'll always find information about the duration or repetitions of the workout. This could be a specific number of sets or a designated time. This means you either repeat the exercises according to the number of sets or perform them for the duration indicated in the red box.

The Exercises

Here's the fun part! This section lists the exercises you'll need to perform for this micro workout. If you're unfamiliar with a particular exercise, simply click its name, and you'll be directed to a video or description of the exercise. Whenever you might need some part of equipment (Bag, Band, Bar, Bell, Rope, TRX) it is shown underneath the exercise.
